Creating purpose-driven change

Our mission is to improve health outcomes through behavior change at the point of care and beyond.

Every day, people make choices that shape their health. At PatientPoint, we strive to support those decisions with the right information delivered at the right time.

Whether it’s a newly diagnosed condition, an ongoing treatment plan or simply a moment of curiosity, we believe tailored health education received along a person’s entire care journey can make a meaningful difference—the kind of difference that empowers, deepens understanding and motivates healthier decisions.

Broad-scale impact is possible

We’re proud to power the largest network of digital devices in doctor’s offices across the country. That reach offers real opportunity to impact the health of millions and improve the healthcare system at large.

Every day, we’re expanding our network, reaching more healthcare providers and more patients with the personalized content they need to guide their healthcare decision-making.
