AAS Multiphonics CV-3 patch.
Two self oscillating comb filters an octave apart with a noise input. These provide the ‘scratchy’ part of the sound. This is bulked out with a sawtooth VCO.
An LFO provides some FM to both the filters and VCO for tonal variety.
An LPG with ADSR provides the filter role in series 12db per octave mode.
A final VCA is there to prevent bleed through and velocity sensitivity.
The sound reminds me a little of my old Yamaha SK10 on a rough day!
