Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools and districts for all purchases $600 or more. This is for 5 or more teacher licenses or a site / district license. Purchase orders can be emailed directly to [email protected].
What is the minimum number of licenses?
Site licenses cover all students at a given school or district. The minimum number of licenses for a school is 300 students.
Do you accept checks?
Yes, we accept checks for all purchase orders ($600 or more). We accept credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or direct deposit for all transactions. Individual premium licenses for teachers are purchased through the application via credit card only.
Are prices in USD?
Yes, all prices for Parlay are in USD. If you are in Canada and would like to purchase a school license, then we can issue quotes or purchase orders in Canadian dollars as needed. Reach out to [email protected] for more information.
What about data privacy?
Parlay is compliant with FERPA, COPPA, and CSPC. In addition, we have signed the Student Data Privacy Pledge. Feel free to review our policies. We are comfortable reviewing and signing district-specific data privacy agreements.
How are integrations managed?
Integrations are set up and managed through Parlay’s Administrator Portal. We use a third party integrations provider called Edlink to facilitate these connections. It is a free service for schools.
