این افزونه برای تیمهایی که چند نفر نیروی فنی دارند و افزونههای سایت توسط چندین نفر نصب و اضافه میشه خیلی مفیده.
خیلی وقتها ممکنه من یک افزونه رو اضافه کنم، اما فرد دیگهای میخواد روی سایت کار کنه اطلاعی از عملکرد اون افزونه نداره و نمیدونه که برای چی نصب شده.
همچنین وقتی که متخصص بیرونی میاد و میخواد تغییراتی در سایت داشته باشه، ممکنه بخواد بعضی از افزونهها رو غیرفعال کنه. در چنین شرایطی وجود یک توضیح مختصر و خودمانی میتونه اطلاعات بیشتری در اختیار این فرد قرار .بده
