Bakemi Type and Overview
Bakemi lives entirely for the thrill of the scare, but the problem is that it is utterly un-frightening. Nobody ever actually gets scared of her. Most people just play along out of fondness for it, and as a result Bakemi has somehow ended up leaving a trail of smiles everywhere it goes rather than screams.
Pocketpair's comic strip teaser captures this perfectly, showing it creeping up on Dr. Long-locks with a "BOO!", getting no reaction, and then getting a pity fright just because it is too cute to disappoint.
Design-wise, it has a small, ghost-like body with a purple, white, and blue color scheme. Her exact element has not been confirmed, but Dark is being heavily speculated.

How to Beat Bakemi
Do not let the adorable design fool you into underestimating this fight. Bakemi is suspected to be a Dark-type, and if that holds, Dragon-type Pals are your most reliable option here since Dragon is super effective against Dark. For example: Relaxaurus and Azurobe.
On the flip side, keep your Neutral-type Pals well away from this one. Dark hits Neutral for super effective damage, and you will feel that fast.
