About Us

Palestinian Vision did not begin as a passing moment or a chance idea. It began as a response to an urgent need felt by Palestinian youth searching for a real space to express themselves, and for a way to amplify young people’s voices on the path toward positive change. In the early days, there was no office and no equipment, only a “bag” with papers, first drafts of plans, and a clear determination to keep moving forward.

Over time, the circle widened to include youth from across the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip. Through diverse activities and events that unfolded over the years, the first features of this journey took shape. Enthusiasm grew into organized work, and initiatives became an experience that accumulated, learned, and expanded.

Palestinian Vision (PalVision) was founded in 1998 and officially registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in 2000. We are a youth led, non profit civil society organization. We work through an approach that places children and youth at the heart of our interventions, grounded in a rights based framework that strengthens quality learning, protection, and psychosocial wellbeing, and develops safe spaces for meaningful participation.

Under our slogan, “Continuing Impact, Expanding Reach,” we deliver practical, measurable interventions that aim to empower youth and adolescents and strengthen their resilience because, for us, impact is not a temporary event, but a pathway built step by step.

Our Mission

Mobilizing efforts to create an enabling environment for youth and adolescents to realize their potential and aspirations, enhance their participation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and safeguard national identity.

Our Vision

A free Palestinian youth: enterprising, innovative, and living in dignity.

PalVision has been intensifying its effort to promote youth economic empowerment through installing the concept of entrepreneurship, career guidance and promoting vocational education as means to reduce the ever-rising unemployment rate among youth across the West Bank. Over time, PalVision has gained an unparalleled depth of knowledge about local communities and institutions and the unique development challenges facing the conflict-affected and most vulnerable communities in the West Bank.

Strategic Goals

  • Strengthening youth employability and expanding their economic opportunities for decent work.

  • Empowering children and young people to participate in community driven change.

  • Advancing quality learning alongside protection and ensuring access to rights.

  • Building the capacity of community based organizations and expanding partnerships.
