Participants are invited to engage deeply to listen beyond melody, genre, and the visible structures of performance and to consider music as a site where identity, method, and environment resonate together.
Sary Moussa is a musician who has been an active member of Beirut's underground scene for around two decades. Specialising in sound design and textural experimentation, Moussa's work spans drone-driven electro-acoustic compositions to dance-floor electronics.
Abed Kobeissy is a Beirut-based musician, composer, and producer working across contemporary music, performance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Centering the buzuq within experimental and contemporary contexts, his work explores an unapologetically confused present-day Levant, drawing from urban sonic environments.
