MY NAME IS Pablo Lemos.

I work as a machine learning research scientist at SandboxAQ, with a focus on protein folding. I led the release of SAIR, the largest publicly available dataset of protein-ligand structures.

I am very interested in generative machine learning, and sampling algorithms.

In the past, I worked in structure-based protein design at Dreamfold, and I was a postdoctoral researcher at Mila, working on GFlowNets, and other generative machine learning methods.

Before that, I worked in astrophysics. I got a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. I co-lead the accelerated forward modelling group at the Simons Collaboration in Learning the Universe, and also contributed to the cosmological analyses of the Dark Energy Survey (DES), and the Planck Collaboration.
