We regularly add new platforms based on user demand. Contact us with your platform's export format, and we'll prioritize adding support for it. Most platforms can be integrated within 1-2 weeks.
How accurate are the XIRR calculations?
Our XIRR calculations use industry-standard financial methods, the same algorithms used by professional portfolio management software. We've validated our calculations against Excel and other financial tools.
Can I import historical data?
Yes, you can import years of historical transaction data from any supported platform. The system will automatically process all transactions and generate historical performance analytics.
What file formats are supported?
Depending on the platform, we support either CSV or Excel (.xlsx) formats. Our system automatically detects the format and column structure, so no manual configuration is needed.
What are unhandled transactions?
Unhandled transactions are transactions that our data importer doesn't recognize yet and cannot categorize correctly. This results in an incomplete and potentially inaccurate import of your data. When we encounter unknown transaction types, we save them to our database and work quickly to add support for them in our importer. However, to ensure you have accurate data, you'll need to clear your platform data and re-import your files once the importer has been updated. This is why it's important to keep your original export files from the P2P platforms for future re-imports.
