About the Role

We’re hiring a mid-level full-stack developer who can build and ship modern web experiences using Next.js and WordPress—fast, clean, and conversion-focused.

You’ll work directly alongside entrepreneurs who move quickly and expect high output. This role suits someone who enjoys shipping, iterating, and improving real products.

What You’ll Build

• Next.js web apps and websites (fast, modern, scalable)

• WordPress builds (custom themes, blocks, plugins, integrations)

• Landing pages, funnels, and conversion-focused web experiences

• API integrations (payments, CRMs, forms, tracking, analytics)

• Automation workflows to remove repetitive work and increase speed

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

✅ Mid-level full-stack experience with Next.js + WordPress
✅ Available to work GST / Dubai hours
✅ Proven ability to build fast and deliver frequently
✅ You actively use AI + automation to increase output
✅ Strong communication and ability to take direct feedback
✅ High energy and excited to work in a high-performance environment

Must-Have Skills

• Next.js (React) — routing, SSR/SSG, API routes, component design

• WordPress — custom themes/blocks, plugins, performance best practices

• Full-stack fundamentals: APIs, auth basics, data handling, integrations

• Front-end quality: responsive layouts, clean UI, strong UX

• Git workflow + deployments (Vercel, Cloudflare, basic server setup)

Bonus Skills (Big Advantage)

• Headless WordPress + Next.js

• TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, Framer Motion

• SEO + technical performance (Core Web Vitals, metadata, schema)

• CRO mindset (funnels, CTA testing, analytics)
