Outlook<->Android Sync questions & answers

Bi-directional synchronization of data between Outlook and Android

Answer by Robert Polubinski

There are two steps to achieve this:

  1. Export the contacts from your phone/SIM card to the CSV format. You can connect the phone to PC and then use the PC Suite to export the contacts or sync the contacts to Google and then access Google Contacts to export them to CSV.

  2. After the first procedure is completed, go to the Microsoft Support page and read about the Import procedure for Outlook/Office 365. You will see that it's more comfortable to import using the Web App.
