ERTA3 Program
Our Employment Retention Training for Autistic and ADHD Adults (ERTA3) Program is designed to demystify the workplace expectations for neurodivergent job seekers and employees. Its focus is on how to retain a job while remaining your authentic self. It gives you the insights, knowledge, and tools to perform to expectations with confidence and professionalism.
The program is available for a monthly subscription fee of $80.00 CAD. If you cannot afford the monthly subscription fee, please contact us at the link below to discuss other arrangements. We do not want a lack of affordability to inhibit anyone’s ability to benefit from the program.

Employment Retention Support
Our Employment Retention Support service is customized to your requirements. Before we provide services, we schedule an Intake Session to meet with you online for half an hour to discuss your needs, our services, and whether we are a good fit for you. We will also provide references to other services, if applicable.
