The difference is that our premium plugins use our network to download the files.<br \/>\nIf you receive an error contact us and send us the domain that you're using the plugin on (that's for single licenses)<\/p>\n<p>The process is the same as with plugins from WordPress.org. You will be prompted to update. If our update system has recognized your domain name you'll be able to successfully update the plugin, otherwise there will be an error during the update.<\/p>\n<h2>How long will I be receiving the updates for a purchased plugin?<\/h2>\n<p>You will be receiving free updates for a year.<br \/>\nPremium members will continue to receive updates up to 6 months after membership cancellation ONLY if they had been a premium subscriber for at least 12 months.<br \/>\nIf they have been a premium member for less than 12 months and cancel your account you will no longer be receiving updates immediately.<br \/>\nOF course if the payment doesn't go through we will get in touch with you and try to work things out.<\/p>\n<h2>Are you planning on having an affiliate program?<\/h2>\n<p>Yes!
