Its mission is to coordinate and federate resources in Europe to efficiently address the scholarly communication needs of European researchers in the field of SSH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Article 10 of the Directive 95\/46\/EC, this Privacy Policy describes how and when OPERAS and its partners collect, use, and share your information when you visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.operas-eu.org\">www.operas-eu.org<\/a> or any OPERAS partner\u2019s website (individually considered the \u201cSite\u201d, collectively considered the \u201cSites\u201d). The services are provided by OPERAS located at Quai aux Briques 76, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, as the data controller. OPERAS receives your information through websites, email notifications, and other interactions with our Sites. When using any of our services, your information will be collected, transferred, stored, organized, interrogated, elaborated, modified, selected, retrieved, compared, utilized, interconnected, blocked, communicated, disseminated, erased, and used in other ways as described in this Privacy Policy, so please read it carefully.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information Collection and Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information you provide<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may provide personally identifiable information (\u201cpersonal data\u201d) about yourself when you use our services, by providing your name and other identifying information \u2013 such as the institution you are part of and your postal address \u2013 and by uploading materials and information that identifies you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OPERAS is the organization defining the scope of the service and taking decisions on the processing of personal data. The partners meet all requirements of any OPERAS relevant policy or procedure, and have been appointed data processors according to article 17 (3) of Directive 95\/46\/EC.
