About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a sales consultant to join our sales department at our Sheffield office on a part time basis.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face and voice of Olson and Baker. You will be responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competition. You will provide the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships! Part of this role will include basic administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining an organised office and managing purchasing, deliveries and collections.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, though we are considering offering a junior role to exceptional candidates

About the Role

We have a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for SEO and creative writing in our E-commerce/Retail department at our Sheffield office on a part time basis.

What You’ll Do

As a part-time Proofreader and Copywriter at olsonbaker.com, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality and clarity of our product pages. Your duties will include proofreading for errors and improving copy quality, updating and crafting product descriptions/data in a sophisticated tone, adhering to stringent SEO guidelines, and ensuring all content consistently reflects the brand’s voice and standards.

What You’ll Bring

The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Well-spoken and well-written
  • Thorough native grasp of the English language
  • GCSE English A or higher (with a focus on writing skills)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices (desirable)
