For the exhibition project dedicated to the olive tree heritage, the OLIVE4ALL team wishes to develop several sensory mediation devices. To do so, it entrusted two trainees from the FLAV LAB Toulouse with the mission of extracting the aromas of different olive oils in order to diffuse them in the exhibition spaces.
