30 participants from 5 European countries (Portugal, Greece and France, of course, but also Italy and Spain), 4 days, 16 presentations, 2 tastings, 4 visits to museums and businesses…
The closing conference of the Olive for all project more than lived up to the organisers’ expectations: to take a reflective look at the past 4 years, highlighting the results obtained, but also and above all to offer a collective reflection on the new prospects for research and collaboration opened up by the project, making room for new themes and new stakeholders.

Closing symposium in Avignon
To bring to a close the work carried out over the four years of the project Olive For All, the French team is organizing a symposium from April 23 to 26, 2025 in Avignon. The researchers involved in the project will present a synthesis of the work carried out in the three countries. It will also be an opportunity to open up new perspectives, consider the future and see how work can be pursued, by inviting other researchers to reflect alongside the project teams.
