
Amy Osatinski
Amy Osatinski is a scholar, artist and teacher. Amy holds an MA in Education from the University of Colorado Denver and a PhD in Theatre from the University of Colorado Boulder. Amy’s research interests include musical theatre and its intersections with popular culture and technology. Amy’s monograph, Disney Theatrical Productions: Producing Broadway Musicals the Disney Way is available from Routledge. Amy is currently working on a second book, 20 Seasons: Broadway Musicals of the 21st Century. Her scholarship can also be found in IBroadway, The Palgrave Handbook of Musical Theatre Producers, Studies in Musical Theatre, Theatre Topics, and the Texas Theatre Journal. Amy has presented at numerous conferences and symposiums including ATHE, MATC, AATE, EDTA, and The 2018 ATDS symposium at the British Library in London.
Amy will be joining the School of Theatre at Oklahoma City University in Fall 2021 as an Assistant Professor of Theatre History.
