Our Platform Technology

Our technology stems from research at Stanford University and Cephla, and is adopted and co-developed by partners around the world.

Reimagining microscopy: Analyzing millions of cells in minutes, Octopi can accurately detect diseases like malaria orders of magnitude faster than expert microscopists.
Multi-disease capability on a single platform:  Using standard glass slide interface and modular hardware, Octopi is adaptable to diseases like TB, SCD, NTDs, cervical cancer, and more.
