Common questions

Can I deploy in my own cloud?

Yes. Enterprise supports VPC deployment so Octomil can run inside your cloud account and network boundaries. Contact [email protected] for details.

What data do you store?

Octomil is designed to keep raw user data on-device by default. What the control plane stores depends on the workflow, but it generally focuses on artifacts, telemetry, and rollout state rather than end-user content.

Do you sign BAAs?

We can discuss BAAs and regulated deployment requirements on Enterprise. Contact [email protected] if you need to review healthcare or privacy-sensitive use cases.

What happens to my data in Sandbox?

Sandbox workspaces are fully isolated. Data is retained for 7 days and workspaces are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Upgrade to Team or Enterprise for longer retention.

Do you have a SOC 2 report?

We can share our current security posture, controls, and progress during review. See our security page for more detail.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your workspace, models, and device registrations carry over. Contact [email protected] if you need to discuss migration from Sandbox to a production tier.

Start in the sandbox or talk through production needs.

Use the free tier to validate a local path, then move into Team or Enterprise when rollout control and review posture matter.
