Let's talk about pens!

I get excited about pens. I asked for a pen case with pockets for my birthday last year. It works better for me than a the normal pen bag since I don't have to pull out a lot of pens to find the one I want (especially when they all look almost the same like microns). It is actually made for paint brushes.

1. Uniball Premier Signo 207 - Just a nice writing pen. Strangely squishy grip area. Refillable.
2. Click eraser stick - I usually use a kneaded eraser but since that doesn't fit I stuck this in. My eraser goes in that little plastic thing you can see in the top picture, which originally held the toy inside of a kinder-egg knockoff.
3. Uniball Signo White Gel Ink - For corrections and details. If used over ink that's not waterproof, turns green/blue. I got it from Jetpens but you can also find it in scrapbooking supply places. Interchangeable with the Sakura Souffle in terms of opacity.
4. Monami Plus Pen 3000 - Really cheap sign pen with a porous plastic tip. Not water-proof, but I like the feel of it because I don't have to be careful about how hard I press, and I still get a little line variation.
5. Copic Multiliner SP Brush - A very soft, flexible felt (I think) tip. I wouldn't buy it again, because the level of control it requires is the same as a hair brush tip but the variety of lines it can make it not as good. Still, seems to have a durable tip and it not that hard to find in US stores. Refillable, with a replaceable tip.
6. ??? - Brush pen from the dollar store, I haven't used it much yet.
7. Pencil with orange lead.
8. Pentel Pocket Brush - This is my most expensive pen (at $12) and also my favorite pen! Hair bristles tip, refillable. I experimented with refilling the empty cartridge with Noodlers Bulletproof Black Ink and it works just as well as what it came with, when this runs out I will try converting it into a real eyedropper pen. Purchased at Jetpens.com, and I've seen it for sale at Kinokuniya.
9-10. .7 and .5 Drafting Pencils - I've found I like needlepoint tips.
11. .3 Kuru Toga Pencil - These have made it into office supply stores now, though I haven't seen the .3 size anywhere but online. The tip automatically rotates a little every time it is pressed against the paper and brought up. Not as useful for drawing, but it does hold the lead tightly and seems to break less.
12. Random Ballpoint Pen - For writing, again. And lending.
13-14. Two Sakura Pigma Micron 005s - I have two of the same size sometimes when one is half-dry.
Man, this list is going on forever. I don't actually use all of these pens on a regular basis, the case just...had a lot of pockets.

15. ??? - Grey dollar store brush pen
16. Uniball Color Lead Refills - Put all my colors together in here. Only one-at-a-time goes into the pencils, since I am prone to dropping things and they are prone to breaking.
17. Zebra Double Sided Disposable Brush Sign Pen, Fine & Medium - My second favorite pen! Sturdy tip has held it's point since I got it, limited flexibility means I don't have to be so careful with how I hold it so it's better for quick or lazy drawings than the Pentel Pocket Brush.
18. Zebra Disposable Brush Sign Pen, Super Fine - This one did lose it's point quickly and is now just a thick marker.
19. Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen, Hard - Thought I would like this one, but it puts out a lot of ink and bleeds like crazy on normal/cheap paper.
20. Two Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Brush Pens - My favorite pen before I started ordering Japanese pens. The tip lasts much longer than the Micron brush pen, and according to the internet can be removed and flipped around for a fresh sharp tip when it goes blunt. One is theoretically for drybrushing and the other is newer.
21 A Whole Bunch of Sakura Pigma Microns - The ink cannot be beaten for writing on a variety of fibrous surfaces with no bleeding. Felt tips, can easily become damaged on the thinner sizes. Very little line variation with pressure.
22. Blue, Pink, and Green Lead Pencils
