Bill Clinton
Bill Clinton, born William Jefferson Clinton on August 19, 1946, is an American politician who served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. A member of the Democratic Party, Clinton previously served as the Governor of Arkansas. During his presidency, he implemented policies that contributed to economic prosperity and presided over the longest peacetime economic expansion in American history. His tenure was marked by significant legislative achievements but also marred by the Monica Lewinsky scandal, which led to his impeachment by the House of Representatives and subsequent acquittal by the Senate.
