Frequently Asked Questions
-
About users & how you’re billed for them
A user is someone who can log in to one of your Oboard account and who exists in User Management. You can add and remove users as your team changes.
For monthly subscriptions, we’ll charge you for the following month’s subscription based on the exact number of Oboard users you have.
For annual subscriptions, we’ll charge you for the tier that most closely matches your user count. Depending on the number of users purchased, annual subscriptions may be a better value. If you upgrade the user tier, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the tier was upgraded. If you downgrade the user tier, your account will be moved to the new tier at the end of the current billing cycle.
-
How is pricing calculated?
If you upgrade your trial account to one of the paid plans, you will be charged a fee per user. For example, the Professional plan is $10 per user for monthly billing, or $98 per user for annual billing — if you paid per month and have 5 users, you would be charged $50 each month.
Our detailed cloud pricing tables include price ranges for our Essential or Professional plans on our purchasing and licensing site. Contact our sales team for Enterprise pricing, available only for annual subscriptions.

The timeline varies based on your team’s familiarity with OKRs, the initial scale of the rollout, and the complexity of your organization.
