Hello, I’m Daniel. I have just started my second semester at Tunxis Community College. Even though this blog is a requirement for New Media I: Perspectives, it should not be viewed as such. To me this is more than just required work, it is necessary to my education because it has so much to do with graphic arts (my current “Program”). Sight, Text, and Motion can all be used together in the graphic arts. The main aspect of graphic arts that I’m interested in is the computer aspect, hence New Media.  You may be wondering about the title of this blog.  I was messing around with wordplay of NewMedia (already taken) and I ended up with Numedia (also taken) and the switched some things around and got Numidea.  This was also a combination of the words Number and Idea, which seemed clever enough of a name for me.
