Сматрао је да хришћани презиру оно што немају а да желе и да вреднују оно што имају иако то што имају уствари не желе. Према њему, слабост човека је постала доброта, покорност људима које мрзимо постала је послушност. Према њему, неспособност да се предузме освета се претворила у неискрени опроштај. Хришћанство је, према њему, постала велика машина којом човек пориче себе.

Или чак да се физички униште. Исто важи и за начин присиле различитих да буду исти. То ствара лажан осећај мира ономе који сили прибегава и често. Насилници често говоре да сили прибегавају из љубави

U radu su, takođe prikazani rezultati potrebne količine vode za gašenje požara, koja se vrši iz hidrantske mreže. Takođe, vršena je podela objekata na požarne sektore kao i evakuacioni put u slučaju požara.

In this paper the impact and predictive effects of knowledge management on financial performance ... more In this paper the impact and predictive effects of knowledge management on financial performance are analysed. The research also includes an analysis of the moderating effects of two moderators (National Origin and Enterprise Size) and their relationship. The data was gathered by interviewing 520 managers from manufacturing companies operating in Serbia. The most important conclusions of the research are: 1. High levels of knowledge management positively influence business performance, quality and competitiveness. 2. Financial performance is mainly influenced by the dimensions connected to the effects of knowledge management regarding its implementation and protection and the acquisition of competitive advantages. 3. Knowledge management strongly influences the market aspects of business, but also the increase of fixed assets. 4. Knowledge management has a slightly greater impact on financial performance in foreign enterprises (operating in Serbia) compared to domestic (Serbian) enterprises. The situation is similar when comparing medium and large enterprises (a higher impact) with small enterprises (a smaller impact). 5. The greatest effects are achieved when an effective organizational structure is in place, when the organization protects its knowledge, when it manages to materialize the knowledge gathered in the form of the efficient application of knowledge.

This paper aims to investigate the effect of Human Resource Management Practices on the Project S... more This paper aims to investigate the effect of Human Resource Management Practices on the Project Success in project-based Enterprises of Sidi Bel Abbès; saida (Algeria). The study also evaluates the moderating role of Project life cycle on the relationship between HRM practices and project success (PS). Data were collected from 130 projects using a questionnaire survey in the project oriented Enterprises under study and analyzed through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results suggest that the HRM Practices (Human Resource Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Appraisals System and Employees Compensation System) had a positive significant influence on PS. In addition, the findings indicate that the relationship between HRM practices and project success varies according to project life cycle phases.

ABSTRACT An ad hoc questionnairre was designed consisting of twenty one items in order to confirm... more ABSTRACT An ad hoc questionnairre was designed consisting of twenty one items in order to confirm our claim that questionnaire could be a useful tool for collecting data about employees' assumptions (third cognitive level of organizational culture according to Schein). Answers from 1,206 employees in 75 randomly selected Serbian companies have been gathered. The data was analysed on two levels: descriptive and in-depth by performing exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Descriptive level analysis provided data from the second cognitive level (espoused values) according to the Schein's theory. In depth analysis provide us data about basic underlying workers assumptions1. Also results suggested us that proper model for innovation introducing have to reduce their fear and indirectly confirm Davilas statement that innovation process have to be managed with specific tools, rules and discipline.

Also, he introduces Sandel’s ethics system (ethics of giftedness), explaining its inadequacy (among other things) in terms of strong Judeo-Christian influence. It is not our intention to defend or challenge the Confucian belief and Sandel’s ethics system. Instead, we explain the basic premises used by Orthodox Christians when reflecting on any problem, including this complex issue as well.

For this research, an ad hoc questionnaire was sent to a representative sample of quality ma na g... more For this research, an ad hoc questionnaire was sent to a representative sample of quality ma na gers in Serbian certified organisations to determine their estimate of the quality management principles ap plication (QMPA) as an overall estimate of management commitment to quality management practice. In a stable business environment, high impact of TQM elements application to the QMPA is likely to be ex pected. Objective parameters (number of employees, form of ownership of organisation, etc.) are not likely to form significant variations in managers' perceptions of TQM elements. It is determined that only a few of the selected TQM elements are predictors of a subjective estimate of the QMPA (estimates of QMS, changes after certification, human resource management and process management). Observed objective parameters (number of employees and whether an organisation is employing a network administrator or not) showed statistically significant variations in estimates of TQM elements. Research results point to the conclusion that Serbia is yet to take the long journey towards raising awareness about the management commitment to QM and TQM practice. It is possible that other economies in transition also have similar problems in this area.

We conducted an on-line survey to investigate the professor&a... more We conducted an on-line survey to investigate the professor's idea of "morality" and then to compare their moral thinking at the abstract level with their moral thinking in the real life situations by sampling 257 professors from the University of Novi Sad. We constructed questionnaire based on related theoretical ethical concepts. Our results show (after we performed exploratory factor analysis) that the professor's idea of "morality" consists of the three moral thinking patterns which are simultaneously activated during the process of their abstract moral thinking. We have identified these patterns in the following manner: deontological, formal and subjective pattern. In addition, our results show that of the three, the subjective pattern is more activated than the other two during their process of the moral thinking at the abstract level. We also discovered that there is a statistically significant difference between professor's moral thinking patterns activation level at the abstract level and their moral thinking patterns activation level in the real life situation.
