Human capital and huge financial start-up capital is very crucial in every business that
wants rapid growth. This project work is aimed at showing huge financial start-up capital and its positive impact on business. To help elaborate on it, the research took a case study of “Dangote” with “Exclusive- Arranged for Sustainable Success cooperatives” whose start-up capital is of distinct nature. The objectives are geared towards evaluating the roles of huge capital impact in business start-ups. Huge financial start-up capital makes start-ups have almost an immediate impact amount its peers in same industry just as Dangote has been during, unlike X-AFSS Cooperative whose presence is almost insignificant in its industry despite boasting of revenue that’s over two hundred percent within its first two years of existence. The literature review encompasses various literary works on the subject matter which affects and influences channels of distribution. The data for the study are gotten through questionnaires administered to founders of businesses on sample size of eighty two. The data are tabulated and analyzed. The project on completion will bring to open the importance of huge financial start-up capital and its positive impacts on the business likewise to their immediate environment and industry.

Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) is a compulsory skills acquisition training pr... more Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) is a compulsory skills acquisition training program, designed to give University undergraduates in Nigeria appropriate practical knowledge, and exposure to industrial workplace environment in their respective disciplines during their course of study and to understand the industrial application of the theoretical knowledge they acquire within the four walls of the lecture halls (Mafe, 2009). The students are also expected to develop occupational competencies that would facilitate their fitting into the world of work after graduation. I was fortunate to serve my four months SIWES program a Crystal Boulevard Multi-Purpose Cooperative, a well recognize organization that offers cooperative activities to members. This report is a comprehensive summary of all that I learnt and was involved in throughout my SIWES program at Crystal Boulevard Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The chapter one gives a brief introduction to the history and operations of Crystal Boulevard Multi-Purpose Cooperative. Chapter two discusses the student SIWES experiences including student strength and weakness. Chapter three which is the last chapter contain conclusion, and recommendation for both ITM, ITF and Crystal Boulevard Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Cooperatives are expected to serve its members by providing agricultural inputs, output marketing and mobilizing savings and providing credit services to their members. The literature review encompasses various literary works on the subject matter which affects and influences channels of distribution. The data for the study are gotten through questionnaires administered on sample size of five cooperative societies. The data are tabulated and analyzed. The objectives are geared towards evaluating the roles of cooperative societies in evaluating the lacks in the societies and providing the immediate solution and helping them improve by creating additional wealth to their pockets. Cooperatives are expected to serve its members by providing agricultural inputs, output marketing and mobilizing savings and providing credit services to their members. The literature review encompasses various literary works on the subject matter which affects and influences channels of distribution. The data for the study are gotten through questionnaires administered on sample size of five cooperative societies. The data are tabulated and analyzed. Also two hypotheses are formulated and tested statistically to confirm or reject the hypotheses. It is established in hypothesis one that one of the major reasons for joining cooperative societies depends on their insufficient financial positions individually. The second hypothesis also establish that cooperatives societies have much effect on its members’ economic welfare. It aimed to discuss Strategic Human Resources Application and Organization Development for it is the main concern for managers who expanding their Organization is their businesses. Also, discusses how strategic Human Resources Application and Organization Development provides new avenues for the promotion of team learning, its impact in organization development performance, productivity etc. Data were collected mostly from secondary sources of renowned scholars. put this way there is significant relationship between Strategic human Resources Management Application and Organization Development. Based on the findings, it was suggested that there should be Human Resource Director Position in organizations to ensure Strategic Human resources Management Application.
