I am not watching the Grammy's. Iron Chef is on! :P And my friendslist keeps me very well-informed. :)
Busy, busy Sunday. I went to Walmart, baked cookies, went for a walk, decorated the cookies, did laundry, worked for three and a half hours and organized my work table. I did not go to church but I did listen to Chris Tomlin while I walked so I got my worship time in. After all of that I tried to find something fun to read but everything was either a WIP or a drabble. Hmph.
I bought my mini-stepper today and put it together all by myself. I tried it out for a few minutes and I already like it better than the last one I bought. And it's quiet so I can watch tv without turning the volume way up. Although I usually have the closed captioning on anyway. But it's still nice to actually hear the tv. Now I have my eye on a mini-trampoline. I don't know where I think I would put that but eventually I will just have a gym/office instead of a living room. I rarely have company anyway so it doesn't matter. When I do have company, they can enjoy the obstacle course. :D
Chandler has been following me around all day demanding to be picked up and Monica just took a half hour nap in my lap. They like me, they really like me! I hope their visit to the vet on Tuesday night doesn't change their minds again.
My second preschool is finally having their kickoff event for the parents tomorrow night so I'll be home late then too. I have a feeling I'll be cranky by Wednesday. I need my relaxing time in the evening!
All the crime shows I watch have made me paranoid. This morning I was putting my stuff in the trunk at Walmart and since it was early, the parking lot was pretty empty. Just as I was about to close my trunk, this strange-looking guy started walking toward me with this weird look on his face like he was about to say something. But he didn't say anything and he freaked me out so I very quickly started pushing my cart away from him toward the rack. And then when I walked back to my car, I noticed him pushing another cart toward the store. Oops. He wanted my cart! So then I felt bad. But at least I was being aware. Better to be a little rude than a statistic, right?
My mom had her gall bladder removed a couple of years ago...pretty quick recovery. Good luck! My foot surgery was my first, and I really didn't know what to expect from the anesthesia. They put me…
