I have so many times recently decided to post and not got around to it that I have an awful feeling that this will be a sort of hybrid post of joy,snags and even s mini rant .

to make up for you having to endure that, and particularly for those who soften up to a man in uniform here is a rather charming naval rating from rather later than the age of sail.
