Augustina Ngozi Ajaegbo is an outstanding Researcher and Principal Lecturer at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Anambra State, Nigeria. She is simply an accomplished Academic, Research Scholar, and Innovative Educationist, who derives joy in nurturing learners from her wealth of knowledge.
She has had vast experiences in the education industry, both at pre-tertiary and tertiary levels of education. She has held such positions as Director of Professional Diploma in Education (PDE); Head of Department of Educational Foundations and Administration; Director, Centre for Continuing Education ( C.C.E) of Distance Education, to mention, just a few.
She is a kind-hearted, accommodating, caring, sincere, wisdomic, truthful, Godly and straight forward woman, who enjoys mentoring and reaching out to people in need. She is a virtuous mother, and a cherished wife.

showed that terrorism in the school system has great influence on educational
Cronbach Alpha reliability result is 0.78. The t-test statistic was used to analyze the
development and practice of democracy in Nigeria. The population comprised all the
democracy in Nigeria.
