This plugin will create «Contact Info Widget» to display contact information like address, Phone number, fax number, Email with google map.
For map you just need to provide «longitude and latitude».
You can use this widget as a sidebar or as footer widget or in any page of WordPress using sidebar.

- Upload and Activate the plugin.
- Add «Contact Info Widget» to any sidebar of theme.

1. How can I add this widget to any sidebar?

Go to Appearance -> Widgets and just drag the «Contact Info Widget» in the any sidebar of theme and fill the information and check on the frontend.
