What Iโ€™ve been doing regularly

๐Ÿ“ I've been writing 200-word+ Morning Pages every day for over two years now.

๐Ÿ’ช Every morning, I do my mobility drill right, right after I open my eyes. And every night I do a stretching routine before I go to sleep.

๐Ÿ’ช I go to the gym and also train my mom regularly. My goal this year is to be able to do a one-arm push-up and a pistol squat with ease. My training goal is to help mom with her shoulder mobility, and get her to do a single-leg deadlift with good stability.

My Recent Wins
