Verity is a high-performance IP reputation lookup service designed for everyone. Whether you are a business or a casual user, Verity helps you check the reputation of IP addresses quickly and efficiently. Built with Rust and Axum, it offers a strong foundation in security and speed.
To begin, head over to the Releases Page. This page contains all the downloadable files for Verity.
On the Releases page, you will see a list of available versions. Each version may include various enhancements and fixes, so itβs best to select the latest stable release.
Click on the version you want to download. You will find several assets related to that release. Look for files that end with .exe, .tar.gz, or .zip. Click on the relevant file to download it directly to your computer.
Once the download is complete, locate the file in your computerβs downloads folder. The file name will usually contain the version number and the appropriate file extension.
.exe file to run the installer. Follow the on-screen instructions..zip file, double-click it to extract the contents. Then drag the application icon to your Applications folder..tar.gz file, open a terminal window and navigate to the folder where the file is located. Run the command tar -xzf yourfile.tar.gz to extract it.Once installed, locate the Verity icon on your desktop or applications folder and double-click it to launch.
In the main window, you will see a field where you can enter an IP address. Type in the IP you want to check and click the βCheck Reputationβ button.
After you click the button, Verity will display information about the IP address, including its reputation status and any associated risk levels.
Carefully review the results. Verity provides detailed information that can help you make informed decisions regarding cybersecurity.
