Природа фенольного загрязнения реки Вах (Nature of Phenolic Pollution of the Vakh River)

Russian Abstract: В статье представлены данные по определению фенолов в водах реки Вах и растител... more Russian Abstract: В статье представлены данные по определению фенолов в водах реки Вах и растительных образцах поймы реки. Исследования проводились в период с 2011 по 2015 г. г. Большие и малые реки Тюменского Севера содержат значительные количества гумусовых кислот. Как известно, большое количество природных фенолов присутствует в таежных и тундровых реках, а наибольшее содержание характерно для болотных вод. Обогащение природных вод фенолами происходит при содержании в воде торфа и гниении топляка. Количество фенольных соединений возрастает при разных повреждениях растений: механических, химических. Вследствие доминирующего состояния в биоценозах севера Тюменской области мохообразных и лишайников, имеющих химический состав, характеризующийся преобладанием низкомолекулярных фенольных соединений, в природной среде этого региона широко распространены физически и химически мобильные вещества этого класса. Предмет изучения – эмоционально-коммуникативный и речевой аспекты профессиональной коммуникации вербатим Е. Исаевой «Doc.Top. Записки провинциального врача».Методы исследования определяются задачами исследования и включают общенаучные методы анализа и синтеза, сочетание методов лингвистических (описательный и статистический методы) и литературоведческих (проблемно-тематический метод). Новизна исследования обусловлена его междисциплинарным характером. Russian Abstract: В статье представлены данные по определению фенолов в водах реки Вах и растител... more Russian Abstract: В статье представлены данные по определению фенолов в водах реки Вах и растительных образцах поймы реки. Исследования проводились в период с 2011 по 2015 г. г. Большие и малые реки Тюменского Севера содержат значительные количества гумусовых кислот. Как известно, большое количество природных фенолов присутствует в таежных и тундровых реках, а наибольшее содержание характерно для болотных вод. Обогащение природных вод фенолами происходит при содержании в воде торфа и гниении топляка. Количество фенольных соединений возрастает при разных повреждениях растений: механических, химических. Вследствие доминирующего состояния в биоценозах севера Тюменской области мохообразных и лишайников, имеющих химический состав, характеризующийся преобладанием низкомолекулярных фенольных соединений, в природной среде этого региона широко распространены физически и химически мобильные вещества этого класса. В статье проанализированы статистические данные в сфере здравоохранения за последние годы, результаты для лучшей наглядности представлены в форме таблиц и диаграмм; выведена и обоснована проблема предоставления медицинской помощи в государственном секторе, решение которой должно рассматриваться как одно из приоритетных направлений при разработке государственной политики в сфере здравоохранения; установлена цель государственной политики в сфере здравоохранения по указанному направлению деятельности; разработаны основные задачи, осуществление которых приведет к достижению поставленной цели, обоснована необходимость их существования и актуальность; предложены мероприятия для реализации указанных задач; обосновано наличие качественных и количественных критериев для мониторинга и контроля осуществления государственной политики в сфере здравоохранения; сделан обобщающий вывод. Abstract. This article analyzes statistics in health care in recent years, the results for better clarity is represented in the form of tables and diagrams; derived and substantiated the problem of providing health care in the public sector, the solution of which should be considered as one of the priorities in the development of the State policy in the sphere of public health; set a goal of the State health policy on these activities; developed key tasks the implementation of which will achieve the goal, the necessity of their existence and relevance; offered the measures for the implementation of these tasks; justified the existence of qualitative and quantitative criteria for monitoring and control of implementation of State health policy; made a resumptive conclusion.
