The subscription period is one year from the purchase date. All prices are net prices. VAT will be added, if applicable.

Currently there’s no Refound Policy so we can’t handle refund requests

“Enteriprise Updates Repositories” means that updates are released after they are 100% verified by Nethesis and the community. Updates are delayed so we are certain they don’t break anything.

A subscription gives you confidence that your NethSecurity deployment is backed by the best available technical expertise and with the support you need for your organization. It also enables exclusive access to the Enterprise repository, Automatic Updates, more DPI Applications/protocols detected, VPN with LDAP/AD user database and depending on your plan: monitoring tool, hotspot, Threat Shield, Content filtering and so on.

Each NethSecurity needs only a subscription, every subscription key is bound to the unique “Server ID” of your server.

Upgrade and Support

You can easily upgrade from one subscription level to a higher one at any time. Only the difference between the two subscription prices will be charged.

Rection time for all plans is 1 business day. Business day coverage is from Monday 9am to Friday 5pm Italian time zone (CET or CEST) on non-IT holidays.

Netify Informatics is a third-party cloud service that utilizes analytics and AI to convert local DPI metadata obtained from NethSecurity into high-level network intelligence and visibility. More info here

The NethSecurity controller is an application designed to run on NethServer 8. This controller enables the remote management of multiple NethSecurity installations, referred to as units.
The functionality of the controller app on NethServer 8 varies based on its subscription status:

Controller Without Subscription:
  • Registration is limited to up to 3 units.
  • Only community firewalls can be registered.
Controller With a Valid Subscription:
  • There is no limit on the number of units that can be registered.
  • Only firewalls with subscription can be registered.

Trial

No, it is not possible to request commercial support during the Trial, but you can ask for commercial information by contacting [email protected].

With the Trial, the business plan is activated for 30 days. Services that require an additional fee are excluded.
