Three steps to NBPAS Certification.

Review the requirements.

Physicians must have prior certification through an ABMS or AOA member board in the applied-for specialty, an active unrestricted medical license, and 50 hours of specialty-relevant accredited CME within the prior 24 months.

Complete your application.

Complete the online application and submit your CME documentation. Most applications take less than six minutes to complete.

Renew every two years.

To renew, continue to meet the licensing and specialty-specific CME requirements.
