Eligibility
Eligibility is for the calendar year, so any games entered by the deadline (but not released by December 31) will be applied to the year of actual release. Account must be in good standing.
Due Dates
Due date for entries (or requests for extensions) is 6pm Pacific on the Monday before the fourth Thursday in November. An additional late deadline of December 11 or 31 [may or may not be] approved with rate increases.
Group Submissions
Different colleagues can submit different games, but a single game should be consolidated into as few entries as possible. However, the entry form does include a split billing option.
Award Categories
Entry fees range from $200 to $800 per category during the early bird period. Exact fees are calculated within the entry form. For extremely limited budgets, consider strategic placement. NAVGTR Corp. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Look for account options at the top of the page, including Log In, Create Account, My Dashboard, Submission History, Next Game Entry, and Log Out. Submission History is also where you can update credits.
Category information is available in list form or with craft descriptions.
Entrants are responsible for communicating with account representatives before nominations are announced to ensure acceptable credits. For assistance, please contact Tom Allen in the United States at 301.437.7880 or email *info at navgtr dot org*.

Terms of Nomination
Payment terms are NET60. Account must be in good standing.
Credits are best submitted (a) early at time of entry or (b) by the official nominations announcement to avoid late fees. Credits submitted after the nominations announcement will be assessed a $200 late fee per category.
Credits are extremely important to avoid delays in award production. If proper credits of individuals are not received by the late deadline, awards are FORFEIT, and you waive the opportunity to provide input as nominee credits are chosen on your behalf. The name of at least one actual individual person is REQUIRED. Credits are limited to three persons per category, plus developer and publisher. A fourth person requires special approval.
After these people receive their awards, many other team members in the same discipline may purchase additional awards if deemed strictly eligible.
Entrants are responsible for communicating with account representatives before nominations are announced to ensure acceptable credits.
Supporting Materials
Submission of product copies will only be required if the product is not widely available or is sold with additional items required to play. Other supporting materials, if any, are described on the entry form and usually require a link that is functional without a login.
Any disqualifications found later can be offset by choosing a refund or a different creative/technical category.
Look for account options at the top of the page, including Log In, Create Account, My Dashboard, Submission History, Next Game Entry, and Log Out. Submission History is also where you can update credits.
Receipt
Upon entry, you will receive an automated email sales receipt AND invoice PDF document for your convenience. For companies that do not accept invoices without a PO number, the receipt can be submitted to your finance department as part of an internal purchase order request to generate a purchase order number. This number can be applied to the entry from your account login. Once applied, you will be able to download the final invoice which will reflect the PO number.
Criteria of Acceptance
Account must be in good standing.
Admin makes the final decision on all genre, franchise, regional, and category classifications. If a game’s title or content refers to any pre-existing related or unrelated franchise, character, or story, the presumption is that the game is a franchise.
When submitting an official entry without immediate payment, providing a gmail, yahoo, hotmail, outlook, or similar email is not recommended to ensure your entry is officially accepted.
