First off I just want to say thankyou so much to everyone who took the time to send me a message personally for my birthday, I have been going through an incredibly hard time so far this year and have felt so so alone. It really means a lot to me ๐Ÿฆ”๐Ÿ’•

๐ŸŒˆFriday

The morning started off with…presents! Things have been so hard so I wasn’t expecting any gifts but I got some wonderful things from my loved ones that I am so grateful for ๐Ÿ’™

Right away I set out to making the hedgehog bag I got adult-sized by sewing the straps together and making it a sidebag. This big surprisingly can hold so much!

Then we were off to a cafe to have afternoon tea!

It was good but mainly just ok! I only liked one of the sandwich options ( tofu egg ) and didn’t like any of the cakes, thankfully Eli did hehe

Afterwards it was home time, Eli wasn’t feeling well and was getting progressively worse so it was mainly resting. We forgot to ( and as I’m writing this still need to ) make my birthday cake hehe

We spent a little time playing before bed

Right before we were about to leave for afternoon tea a package from my friend Leo came in the mail, I didn’t have time to open it but when we got home I did and it was a sew your own Polacanthus kit they made for me!

The next day I was going to the toy fair and have a sleepover with my friend Leo!

Lala Pikachu was coming with me this time!
Saw some ducks on our way to the toy fair
The goodies I got from the toy fair – ยฃ2 each!
And then found this notebook in a charity shop

I picked up a few books from a recycle shop as well

Once at Leos I got to see the prototype for my future Polacanthus teddy and tried ( and failed ) not to get too attached

We spent the morning doing some dinosaur coloring! ๐Ÿ–๏ธ

I also received 3 wonderful art gifts for my birthday too

๐ŸพMessing About With Wolfie

It was time for another Wolfie hangout! We didn’t have too much planned just mucking around Glasgow – so expect lot’s of pictures of goodies and fun things hehe

Smiles is my friend today!

The first stop of the day was Build-A-Bear, they had a lot of fun clothes this time too. I was tempted to get the birthday bear cause I had a voucher and I’ve always wanted one but decided against it this year, maybe in the future!

Then wandered around more shops…

She looks EXACTLY like me, and seeing this sparked me to do some research and there is another version of this doll that is exactly my replica haha. That I have been in search of now that I am calling my “mini me”

After a bit it was time to go for lunch, we had Five Guys and this was my first time having it since going vegetarian, Five Guys is literally the only kind of meat I will crave every now and again ๐Ÿ˜… They do a “burger” option that is just cooked vegetables but I don’t like cook vegetables so opt for the non-cooked ones and putting my fries inside, I do wish they’d come out with a proper patty though

We also exchanged Christmas gifts and Wolfie made me this wonderful picture!

Then we were off to look at more shops

I was looking for this sensory tube specifically and found it!
I also got this book

Afterwords we hung out in McDonalds for a bit and drew, thankyou to Wolfie for letting my steal their paper. I drew a seal with my Crayola crayons

By then it was hometime, I played Pokemon on my 3ds on the train journey home ๐Ÿš‚

My birthday present to myself turned up literally right before we needed to leave for our train so he came out with us! His name is Popski and he’s the Jellycat Peanut Penguin

My new backpack also has a perfect mouse pocket

The whole point of going out was to try and find some clothes since I got money for Christmas and most of mine don’t fit me anymore. Surprisingly I actually found some, normally I can’t find anything in stores since it’s all black and drab

Yay pink things โœจ I only later realised that the first pink sweater is supposed to be pyjamas ๐Ÿซฃ They had it with the fleeces though so I intend to wear it like one

Then we had some tea!

Eli was hanging out with coworkers for the rest of the night so I headed home by myself, here was the haul for today ( aside from the clothes I picked up ). I got quite a few fun things as I still had some money left in my coinbag!

These Minions were on clearance in The Entertainer for ยฃ3!
There was also a bunch of dollhouse stuff on clearance in Sostrene Green so got some mice things

Hello! I figured I should make a post since today marks one week until my birthday. I’m super sorry I haven’t been around, if you follow my art accounts you know what’s been going on, if you don’t well I do not have the mental energy to go through the trauma of the last half of 2025 & beginning of this yea

I’m at a point where my mental health is the worst it’s ever been right now. I have posts started but can’t find the energy to complete. I don’t know if I’ll post them late or at all

Just wanted to put a message out there that I am alive!

I need a new journal and wanted to go out and look for one in real-life for 2 reasons. 1) It’s more expensive to buy online & 2) Exposure therapy because I do not leave the house enough ( and also never by myself ). So I took the train to an area I was familiar with and looked around!

For my breakfast I had the veggie wrap minus cheese. This was like my proper time actually eating an egg but didn’t really like it, I actually didn’t finish my wrap because the egg started giving me the ick haha. Also stole a coloring page while I was there

On to the shops! As always I took photos of all the fun things I saw

I forgot to take a photo but met up for a Spoons lunch with Eli’s sister! I had 2 hashbrowns and toast with jam cause it was too early for the actual lunch menu. Then it was home time on the train

Puppy was my friend today

I found this hairtie that I thought would make a cute necklace for him and it works so well

Saw some ducks in the river on my walk home

I got some goodies today! Got very lucky finding fun things in the charity shops for very cheap hehe

This book has been on my to-read list so yay! Very happy because this is gonna be a hard financial year and was just talking with Eli about how it’ll be a bit of a struggle since our library is teeny. Charity shops are always the best for books
I am ESPECIALLY happy about this because I hate having to do the boring cleaning evil so this makes it a little less evil

I can’t get over how good Puppy looks in this!!!!

Unfortunately I did not find a journal or sketchbook on this trip so I ended up having to order both of them online. Hopefully they’re nice!

The day started off being woken very early!!! By Eli who could not wait but I was still zzzzz

I pretty much spent the entire day playing with my toys

If you’ve read the Jurassic Park book you know this scene hehe

Time for dinner!! Neither of us made a very big dent in our plates ( oops ) and we couldn’t find a vegan ice cream at the shop but we did find chocolate sauce to add to vanilla so it worked out!

Despite what lingers in the ( near ) future this was the best Christmas that I have had in a very long time. For some reason this year I was chasing my Christmas memory from when I last felt like a kid…I got a Barbie house for Christmas and just remember so vividly the feeling that came from spending the whole Christmas day playing with it. I experienced that exact same feeling today playing with my mice and playmat, these toys are both so special to me and I am so happy to have had such a wonderful Christmas ( with even more to come the next day! )

This was my best Christmas so far out of the 5 years I’ve lived here, which is surprising because I was scared for it this year haha. I do really hope that the goodness continues onto the new year โœจ

Not intended to brag I just personally love seeing what others get for Christmas and wanna share mine as well!! Just my stuff because I cannot be bothered to wrangle up all of Eli’s things haha

Eli and I decided just to do stockings & one gift each this year that had to be hand made, he made me this amazing playmat!! All sewn by hand!!!

Santa gave me me and him as mice!

Fun things in my stocking I got are hedgehog socks, a wooden toy surprise box, a ยฃ10 Roblox gift card & glow in the dark sea creature stickers

My friend Natasha got me these, the little mouse is on a string so I’m going to hang him up in my room

I got this from our friend Beth, and used the stickers to decorate my castle!

From my parents I got a triceratops toy, thread, some fabric, dinosaur lights, and a Switch controller

From Eli’s families Secret Santa I got a Jellycat Reindeer ( who I named Puppy ), a hedgehog keychain, Lala ornament, hedgehog pin, and mini Oystercatcher tin

Depression has been kicking my ass so apologies for falling off on my advent calendar – to be fair I almost made it though so yay. I can’t exactly talk about the big bad that is going on right now but I for sure feel like I am just constantly going through the stages of grief with it, right now I’m trying to come to terms with the fact that it is reality and actually still happening ๐Ÿ˜… It’s very hard to enjoy Christmas this year since the bomb was dropped on me directly before it ( wonderful timing, thankyou universe! ) but today is our Christmas Eve as we’ll be celebrating tomorrow : )

Last week we took a little day trip out to Saint Abbs to see the seals! I brought Starseal with me but didn’t want to take him out because it was so so windy, I did bring Pear and he got a lot of outside time solely due to his weight haha

The seals just…did not care at all. Don’t really acknowledge people ( which is a good thing ) but look how close they get to the fences!

When walking along further we found literally only a few days old baby sal! He was so teeny

We were meant to go to the Seabird Centre as well but took too long walking around so decided not to instead. We had Nandos for dinner!
