Hi, I’m Nate Cox — an experienced software engineer and engineering manager who’s spent the last several years building products, leading teams, and doing my best to make work a place where people feel safe, respected, and empowered. I care a lot about culture, communication, and helping folks do their best work (without burning out in the process).

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of mechanical keyboards (I've built several!), martial arts (I’ve got a black belt!), and geeking out over the little details that make systems — both human and technical — run smoothly.
