こんにちは、在宅ハードワーカーのライブナスです。
この前食べたネパール人が焼くナンカレーが美味しかったので
また食べたくなります。
というわけで家で作ります。





材料
180 g
強力粉
90 g
薄力粉

砂糖 10 g


塩 3g

3 grams
ベーキングパウダー
3 grams
ドライイースト

水 90cc
10 grams
無塩バター

追加する
強力粉 適量

溶かし無塩バター 10g

【作り方】
1. ボウルに(A)を入れてスケッパーで混ぜ合わせます。
2. 水を加えてスケッパーで捏ねます。
3. 生地がまとまったら台に出し、無塩バターを加えてよく捏ね、生地を丸めます。ボウルに入れてラップをかけ、常温で30分ほど寝かせます。
4. 生地を4等分に分け、打ち粉をして麺棒で5mmほどの厚さに伸ばします。
5. 中火で熱したフライパンにのせて焼き、両面に焼き色がつき、中に火が通ったら火から下ろします。
6. 器に盛り付け、刷毛で溶かし無塩バターを塗り完成です。
