-Take at least 6000 steps per day (or however many steps it takes to reach 2.5 miles), as measured by my Fitbit [7/7]
-Eat at least 50 grams of protein a day [0/7]
-Write one blog post [0/1]
-Watch at least 5 episodes of Friends [5/5]
-Watch at least 5 episodes of The West Wing [5/5]
-Watch at least 2 episodes of The L Word [2/2]
-Read at least 6 chapters of A Dance With Dragons [6/6]
Thoughts about Goals
I did great with my walking this week. It's definitely starting to feel like a habit for me to be more active, which is what I wanted. I've noticed that my walk during my morning break at work often energizes me and wakes me up. I just wish it wasn't so hot an unpleasant to walk outside right now. The weather was so nice last week
but this week will be hot and humid.
I'm gonna have to go about my food goals in different ways. Tracking protein also comes with tracking calories, which I don't always mentally handle well so I got rid of that goal. So instead of focusing on specific foods, I'm going to focus on food-related behaviors that can be modified. I really want to develop healthier eating habits because I notice I feel better when I eat well, I just need to stay away from being overly rigid about it.

-Do some form of non-walking exercise most days [0/4]
-Brainstorm ideas for new blog features [0/1]

-Watch/rewatch at least 10 episodes of 30-minute shows [0/10]
