So long! Take care!
Had a nice time on my site? Getting ready to head out? Here are some places you can stop by on your journey through the web. Following the example of sites from the internet's past and personal sites of today's revival, I have compiled links to affiliates, friends, and things I just think are cool, so that my space on the web isn't a dead end. Also, I like to share things that I enjoy :) New sites will continue to be added as I find them. Stay safe out there!
Note: If you are photosensitive, there are a some flashing gifs at the bottom of this page on my button wall, under the heading "Cool Sites."

Or so she claims. Currently she lost her mask and has to endure lowborn eyes looking at her face. Her dress is also ruined. Things are not going well. Joy is a brutal warrior who acts first and thinks never. We meet her in chains, a gladiator in Don Caronja’s fortress. She escapes and kidnaps Landa, convinced that the lady can lead her to the man “with the mask that eats itself”. Why is Joy looking for him? Does it has to do with the baby she mumbles about in her sleep?

Fairmeadow - FOR MATURE READERS - Goma, a wayward Orcish soldier, finds herself in Fairmeadow, a commune of pacifists deep in the Cascadian wilderness. Isolation has allowed the commune to thrive in the shadow of a century-long war, but Goma’s arrival brings troubling reminders of the world outside to those who have settled there in search of respite. Fairmeadow’s enigmatic leader, Sanctuary, finds his utopian vision challenged as he struggles to keep the peace. Their self-sufficiency exists on thin margins - margins that threaten to break if Goma cannot learn to live alongside those who she has sworn to fight.
Laika's Comet - Laika, a dog-girl mechanic, travels across a post-apocalyptic Furth to repair farming equipment and various green-powered tech for citizens who can't do so themselves. Condemned to aid her in her rotten endeavours is a rotten corpse who seems oddly talented with the supernatural, and oddly not laying motionless in the dirt. Kill Six Billion Demons - FOR MATURE READERS - What if you weren't the chosen one but you got that power anyways and you did the best you could with it. This is what Allison has to go through when she gets the power of a god, that was meant for her boyfriend.
Resources
W3Schools - If you're already building your own site from scratch or have made a site from scratch, you're probably already well aquainted with this fantastic resource. W3Schools... my best friend W3Schools.
HTML Dog - Not as extensive as W3Schools, but I add this here because I found this site legitimately helpful while I was just starting out with coding. The tutorials are very basic, but also don't run the risk of being ovewhelming.
TinyPNG - If you're a visual artist like me, you might have noticed that your image files take up a lot of storage space and bandwidth. This site will compress your images down to 50-80% of their original size while keeping details and colours intact (Friendship ended with Caesium for borking my colours any time I try to compress stuff).
Cloud Convert - Need a file converted to a different extension? Cloud Convert does that! Definitely helpful with converting certain image extensions into Webp (listen... webp is sooo small and lossless, and does not eat up as much storage and bandwidth. I get it, I get it now).
HTML Head - A list of things you can put inside of the HTML "head" element. Seriously it's so useful. Never be without head.
CSS Gradient - A site that helps you design a CSS gradient background, the snazziest of CSS backgrounds in my opinion.
EZ Gif - An animated GIF maker.
HTML Comment Box - A comment box in HTML that you can attach to any static site page to give you a comment section. This is the one I use and I like it. Free to use with company branding, though you can get paid plans that offer more moderation tools.
RSS Feed Validator - A tool offered by W3C that you can use to check on your RSS feed to see if it is up to snuff.
Aggie - A canvas share site where you can draw alone or with friends, all through your browser.
Line of Action - A free life drawing photo catalogue you can use to practice anatomy.
Comics Devices - A library of visual-narrative devices that are specific to the medium of comics, furnished with definitions and examples by contributors. It is a practical, accessible resource for creators, teachers, editors, scholars, critics, readers, the curious, the open-minded, and anyone with an interest in comics.
CTRL + Paint - A digital painting tutorial database.
Webpage Archive - Archive your webpage so that it's never lost.
Marxists Internet Archive - An all-volunteer, non-profit public library, established in its present form in 1998.
Project Gutenberg - An online library of free eBooks.
Typing.works - A typing practice site.
Brackets - An open source code editor for Mac users. This is the one I use and I find it really helpful and intuitive.
Rarebit - A free open source webcomic template built in HTML and JavaScript.
Clippy - If you have ever needed to make a clip-path and cannot parse the percentages, Clippy has you covered with a nice visual guide that translates into CSS code.
Visual Studio Code - Another open source code editor that works with Mac. Waaaaaay more content rich than Brackets (which I still love). I recommend this one if you're moving out of the beginner stage of web dev. Very smooth and easy to use.
Paintbrush - From the website: "Paintbrush is the original simple paint program for macOS. It provides users with a means to make simple images quickly." It's honestly just fun to doodle with and is so nice and light to use.
Emoji Kitchen - Mash emoji together to get fun new combinations.
