Solhe Alshahateet

Prof. Solhe F. Alshahateet received his PhD from University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia in 2003. He holds a full professor position in the Department of Chemistry, Mutah University, Jordan.  He was subsequently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences ICES, Singapore, and in the University of New South Wales, Sydney-Australia. He served as the Vice President, Basic Science Sector Committee, Jordan Scientific Research Support Fund (SRSF), Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Jordan. He served in various positions such as President of Aqaba University of Technology in Jordan, Chairman of the University Council, Dean of Scientific Research, Member of the Board of Trustees, and Member of the University Council, of Aqaba University of Technology in Jordan. Besides, he has been a Visiting Professor, Princes Muna College of Nursing, Amman-Jordan. He has been a Visiting Scientist, in the ICES & A*STAR, Singapore, and in the Department of Chemistry, the University of South Florida, USA. He was as a Visiting Fellow at the University of New South Wales, Australia.
