The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause problematic financing at BMT in Tasikmalaya City using the Maqodid Syariah Index (MSI) method. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive concept where researchers go to the field by making observations, interviews involving seven BMT leaders in Tasikmalaya City. The approach method used is the Maqosid Syariah Index (MSI) which measures in terms of Tahzib Al Fardi, Iqamah Al Adalah, Jalb Al Maslahah. The results of this study indicate that BMT has difficulty in meeting its liquidity. Financial inclusion is a process to provide formal financial access for the poor and low income people (unbankable people). This study was designed which approached qualitatively and quantitatively (mixed research). The qualitative data analyzed by using Straruss and Corbin's theory consisted three major steps: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Quantitative analyzed by using comparative analysis of financial statements and financial ratio analysis such as CAR, ROA, ROE, NPF, and FDR period of 2010-2014. This study proved that Islamic banking had great potential in implementing financial inclusion, it was indicated by a significant increase in funding and financing since 2010-2014 and results of financial ratio analysis also shows the performance of Islamic banking and financial condition is good.

Giga Utama Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan teknik mix method yatiu dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi lapangan yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, penyebaran angket, dan Observasi. Alat uji untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh yaitu adalah menggunakan analisis Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang yang dipakai saat ini merupakan budaya Market, dan ukuran kesuksessan karyawan dipengaruhi oleh penekanan strategi. Financial inclusion is a process to provide formal financial access for the poor and low income people (unbankable people). This study was designed which approached qualitatively and quantitatively (mixed research). The qualitative data analyzed by using Straruss and Corbin's theory consisted three major steps: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Quantitative analyzed by using comparative analysis of financial statements and financial ratio analysis such as CAR, ROA, ROE, NPF, and FDR period of 2010-2014. This study proved that Islamic banking had great potential in implementing financial inclusion, it was indicated by a significant increase in funding and financing since 2010-2014 and results of financial ratio analysis also shows the performance of Islamic banking and financial condition is good.

Sampai buku ini diterbitkan WAG Pecinta Buku telah menerbitkan 5 buah buku Antologi, dengan tema-tema actual yang menjadi isu di sekitar persoalan kebangsaan. Buku ini adalah buku kelima, dan diberi judul The Power of Entrepreneurship. Buku ini berisi tulisan-tulisan yang bertema tentang pengembangan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi dan peranannya dalam pembangunan daerah. Ada Sembilan tulisan yang semuanya bersepakat mengatakan bahwa kewirausahaan dalam perguruan tinggi menjadi mutlak untuk dikembangkan secara maksimal, agar terwujud akselerasi pembangunan daerah.
