you can link a page with Vendor Registration from, for that please follow this steps :
- Create the page for the Terms and Condition.
Write the Checkbox Label name as <code>"Terms & Conditions</code><a target="_blank" href="//page_link”" rel="noreferrer noopener"><code>Terms & Conditions</a></code></a>
