Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is Magic: The Gathering's upcoming 110th expansion and is to be released on March 6, 2026. It is part of the Universes Beyond series, and based on the multimedia franchise of the same name.During the Lorwyn Eclipsed prerelease events, a number of players found their prerelease packs contained foil cards from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, instead of the intended Lorwyn Eclipsed promos. With this, all rares and mythic rares for the set were spoiled two months before their intended release.
TMNT introduces the Sneak mechanic. Sneak represents an alternative mana cost for spells that can be paid during the declare blockers step by returning an unblocked attacking creature you control to your hand. When creatures are cast for their sneak cost, they enter tapped and attacking. Sneak is very similar to ninjutsu, but plays in new design space by being a cost instead of an ability. Most notably, noncreature spells can have sneak costs. The set also introduces the Disappear ability word. Disappear abilities trigger on the end step if a permanent their controller controlled left the battlefield this turn. They are the same as revolt abilities, but only check the condition on the end step.In the news
