In this outdoor addition we built a small A framed structure with vintage farmhouse windows and salvaged french doors customized to fit this one of a kind outdoor studio playhouse. It sits on a pier and beam foundation and has electrical supply for lighting and to power the a/c unit. The ceiling space is fitted with an overhead storage compartment. The floors are covered with luxury vinyl plank flooring and the wall covered with shiplap wall paneling. The doors swing open onto the covered patio deck for shady relaxation.

After our meet and greet, we take our Craftsman's Notes to the drawing board and crunch numbers. We take into account all the necessary material, labor, and project management necessary to get a Five Start Result! We calculate a general budget and bring these numbers back to you for review, usually within a few days.
Once a budget and scope of work is determined, you will be assigned a Project Concierge who's sole responsibility is to represent your project goals to the building team. This concierge will have expert design knowledge and 3D floor planning software to help you visualize your new space. The building team and Project Concierge will work closely together to guarantee you get exactly what you want.
This is the best part of the entire process. You get to live in and enjoy your new space. It was once an idea, and now it's real! Way to go! You deserve it for all the hard work. We are happy to make changes to the design or layout to meet your needs and preferences. However, keep in mind that any changes made after the scope of work has been defined will result in a change order and a cost assessment for the new layout.

Mike is a career carpenter and 2nd generation master painter with over 30 years of experience providing expert solutions for residential and commercial buildouts. Mike has spent two decades as Building Administrator of CHBC overseeing the complete renovation and construction of multiple properties, set designs, office buildouts, exterior/interior paint and remodel, and everything in between. He is our expert craftsman and ready to bring his knowledge to your project needs.

With 10 years of experience in business operations and customer service, Blaine handles all business development needs and is our first point of contact for customer communications. From his proficiency in LEAN management techniques acquired from successfully improving operations for multiple start up companies, Blaine seeks every avenue possible to ensure you get the best price on your project vision.
