I have to say, what a disappointing experience with Intechnic and we did not get past the first pitch. Worst sales call I ever took. A president of the company called me based on my online inquiry and started off by telling me I was approaching the project all wrong (like I did not know what I was talking about). He then said the project could not be done in less than 3-4 months, when I needed something done in 8 weeks. My "perception" was that this company was too good for my multi-million dollar national organization. Guess they only work with Microsoft, Google, Disney, and other billion dollar brands that they claim on their website.
I’m incredibly satisfied with their UX work. It’s been a game-changer for us in terms the quality of customers we engage and how we approach the business as a whole. The new website isn’t live yet, but we’ve implemented what Andrew taught us in landing pages and they’ve converted leads. Intechnic solved our issue and provided the tools to create our own solutions in the future.
I love our new website. It converts visitors – our most important metric – significantly better than the previous one. Working with Intechnic was great (just one hiccup in the whole big project).
