An anatomically-based 3D scaffold of the human dorsal root ganglion is created to map nerve ending pathways. The dorsal root ganglion scaffold is generated with a configurable central path defined from the spinal nerve to both the ventral and dorsal roots of the spinal cord. A user can annotate the spinal nerve ending, as well as both the dorsal and ventral roots along the central path and use that to define the respective regions of the ganglion. The human dorsal root ganglion scaffold is parameterized with data to represent the anatomy as accurate as possible.
