An anatomically-based 3D scaffold of the thirty-one human spinal nerves is created to map nerve ending pathways. The spinal nerves scaffold is generated as a collection of dorsal root ganglion scaffolds. A user can annotate each individual spinal nerve, as well as the corresponding regions (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral and coccygeal). The scaffold of the thirty-one human spinal nerves is parameterized with data to represent the anatomy as accurate as possible.
