Fitting a 3D model to experiment video

This model is a fitting of a heart scaffold created by Richard Christie to data collected by Jeffrey Ardell. The goal of this model is to create a way for expiremental researchers to visually share models and results of their expirements with other via a web portal.

The data used to create these models was created by Jeffrey Ardell, and can be accessed by members of SPARC MVP on app.blackfynn.io.
